Family Life Center

God has blessed this congregation with a multi-purpose building to be used in this community. It is our desire that God would help us to be good stewards of it, so it can continue to be a blessing to this community. The Family life center consist of 3 primary areas:

Fellowship Area

This area consists of the gymnasium floor, foyer, and restrooms.

Kitchen

The kitchen is on the first floor and consists of a commercial dishwasher, warmers, three ovens, one microwave, and plenty of counter space.

Educational Space

We have three educational rooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. (These areas are unavailable for use during non-church events.)

Rental Policies & Plans

The FLC requires at least 3 weeks notice for rentals with funerals and other exceptions to considered by the Building & Grounds committee. Full payment, signed release & waiver liability, and signed policy agreement is due to the church at the time of scheduling. If the event is postponed or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled use, the money will be promptly returned. Checks for FLC rental and clean-up are to be made out to First Baptist Church of Cabool. First Baptist Church of Cabool reserves the right to approve or disapprove the use of any of our facilities. ADDITIONAL POLICIES

USE POLICY

First Baptist Church of Cabool has set the following policy for the use of the Family Life Center(FLC). People wanting to use the church are asked to abide by the following requirements:

Acknowledging the church is a place of worship, we respectfully ask all guest to maintain proper decorum at all times.
No alcoholic beverages or tobacco use is allowed in the FLC.
The renting party is responsible for any damage that may occur.
The FLC is not available for political fundraisers or rallies.

CLEAN-UP POLICY

All cleaning not done by the responsible party (members & non-members) will be charged an additional $10 an hour for the custodial services. This will be removed from the cleaning deposit with any additional charges billed afterwords.

DAMAGE POLICY

Persons, groups, or organizations accept responsibility for ALL damages to building, grounds, and their contents. Missing or damaged articles will be charged accordingly. All contents must remain in the building.
